To begin the detailed planning process, we take
a $200 non-refundable commitment deposit.
Important to know:
This is not an extra fee. It is deducted from your final invoice when you book with Valhalla Travel.

If you decide that you would like us to take care of your travel arrangements, we then move into the detailed planning stage.
At that point, a $200 commitment deposit is payable.
Importantly, this is not simply a consultation fee.
The commitment deposit confirms that you would like our team to proceed with your itinerary and allows us to dedicate the appropriate time and resources to researching, designing and refining your journey.
It means we can properly investigate routing options, accommodation, experiences, transport connections and the countless smaller details that can transform a collection of bookings into a carefully planned adventure.
The commitment deposit is credited towards your final arrangements in accordance with our booking terms.
